At home with Markus & Susie.
Hosted day. Saturday is a courtesy invitation by Markus & Susie — nothing to settle for the evening itself.
Four days, eighteen of us, three real invoices and two evenings of hospitality. Below: every euro the group spends, day by day, with the source for each number. We promised no surprises — here they aren’t.
Estimated spend lands at ~ 1.207 € per head. We’re asking 1.300 € to keep a clean ~ 1.700 € of headroom on top of a 20 % buffer. Whatever isn’t spent comes back to you.
Due Mon 18 May · bank details to followTwo days produce real invoices for the group; two days are courtesy of the hosts. Transport runs across all four days regardless.

The realistic estimate lands at ~ 1.207 € per head, with a 20 % contingency already baked in. We’re asking 1.300 € for two simple reasons.
One. Two of the line items are estimates (Es Molí de Sal lunch, wines at Casa Jondal). They could come back 30–80 € higher per head. Asking 1.300 € means we don’t need a follow-up request if they do.
Two. The 20 % buffer covers the predictable Ibiza overruns — tips that creep, an extra round, a swap from rosé to magnum, a better bottle on the boat. The additional ~ 1.700 € of headroom on top of the buffer covers the genuinely unpredictable.
Anything we don’t spend comes back to you. No kitty, no “next time” carry-over. After the trip we reconcile, and surplus is refunded pro-rata to whoever transferred.
Markus and Manu hold the float. One transfer in from each of you (1.300 € per person, plus-one included), one card to settle invoices over the four days, one reconciliation after.
Hard deadline: Monday 18 May. That’s five days before the trip, by which point the boats and Casa Jondal want their pre-payment cleared.
Within two weeks of getting home — by 10 June at the latest — we’ll send a one-page reconciliation: every line spent, every receipt, your share of any refund. No spreadsheet circulated mid-trip; no questions about who bought which bottle.
Bank details follow in a separate WhatsApp once Manu and I have aligned on the float account.
These four numbers are estimates, not quotes. They’re the lines most likely to flex either way.
